How do I register an account?
Click the Register link in the top navigation bar and fill out the registration form. Our team will review your request and set up your account within 72 hours. Once approved, you'll receive an email with instructions to sign in.
How do I change my password?
If you're already signed in, click My Account in the top navigation bar to manage your password and account settings. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to reset it.
I can't access SFTP configuration documents
SFTP connection details are restricted to accounts with SFTP access enabled. If you believe you should have access, please contact us and our team will review your account permissions.
I can't create an API key
API key creation is restricted to accounts with API access enabled. If you need API access and don't currently have it, please contact us and our team will update your account.
